the thing i want most this Christmas is just to be able to spend time with family and friends. nothing makes me happier than getting together, not to just celebrate such an important day, but to just sit back, eat and hang out. i love the holidays because of holiday traditions...breakfast at my parents, then on to extended family Christmas for my husbands side, then to my grandparents for dinner, then ending the night opening gifts, just me and him...this year we are adding his family's side in the a.m. before my side.

plus, this is our first Christmas together as a married couple! we get to decorate our new home for the first time...we get to cut down a christmas tree for us and decorate it...so many new memories are to be made this year...

so really, i guess, what i want most this year is to make a million more memories not only with my family and my husbands family, but together.

it's not about the gifts for me...it's about the opportunity that is granted...gifted if you will, to us from God, that allows us to celebrate such a harmonious day with people we love. it's a day to be happy...to give love and to be loved.

happy holidays to you and your family. may your holiday dreams and wishes come true. and may you be granted the opportunity to spend such a fabulous occasion with those you love and who love you.

What I want the most of Christmas is to have a safe and healthy one for me, my family and my unborn baby. I want to be able to get his (baby) room done before he arrives so that it's just right for his first trip home. My Mom's health isn't the best so I would pray (as I do for her each day)she can be here with us for many more years and to see her first granchild born. (Which she is super excited for)
If I were to win I would use the certificate to get his newborn shots done.

Ideally I would love a new camera for Christmas so I can take better photographs, but realistically I would like to get my diamond replaced from my wedding ring. I lost it while working about a month ago and we haven't replaced it yet. I miss it dearly

Honestly I really can't think of one thing I want for Christmas. I mean, other than a new cute coat and a new purse or something.

What I really want is for the kids I tutor and the kids in the program I work for downtown Grand Rapids to get everything they want and to be warm and enjoy their holiday, whatever that may be.

For a christmas gift, I am hoping for a gym membership. I would love to drop my fiances jaw next July after the wedding!

For a christmas wish, I am wishing that my family can find the energy and heart to make it through my parents and oldest brothers pending divorces. We have found it very difficult, especially for me while planning my own wedding.

On a lighter note, I think my dog, Chloe is asking for a new bed. I got the hint when I found hers ripped to shreads..

I hope everyone is having a happy holiday season!

I have been very, very blessed, and feel so this year especially. This year I have a wonderful fiance to share Christmas with, and it's so special to see each of us becoming a part of the other's family. I wish for peace amongst families when stress erupts, and most of all, I wish for all of us to be thankful for all of the great gifts God gives us every day.

Oh, but in tangible terms, I'd really like a puppy or a kitten, though I'm not allowed to have one where I live. Someday...

In terms of what I really really want this year is for Christmas to be a great memory... it is Addie's first and I am so worried that she is going to be crabby and our first Christmas as a family for her will be not a happy and fun time... and I need lots of smiles for the billions of pictures I plan on taking!!!!!!

As for presents... the thing I want the most is an embroidery machine... I feel like such a grandma! I really do want one though... and I am pretty sure I am getting one ;)

I can't wait for Christmas. I look forward to celebrating Christ's birth every year. My wish is that more people experience the gift of God's grace and the power of prayer not only during Christmas, but all year long.

Personally, I am wishing for a bfp..not for Christmas, but in 2008and becoming parents. It is something that we both have been wanting and planning for for a long time. Oh, and a new carpet cleaning machine would be great too..not sure how Santa will get that down the chimney though. Oh well..a girl can only hope:)

I mostly just want to be with my family this christmas. Its my son's first christmas. It's been an interesting year to say the least, but i'm glad that we all made it through without too many bumps and bruises. Its amazing how christmas can be such an amazing time... it truly brings a family closer together.

Wow--
I kept waiting to post hoping something brillant would come to me. I had the hardest time I have ever had making a list. Normally people are saying ok, that is enough ideas, this year I resorted to things I would typically get upset if I received, a stainless steel trashcan and microwave, new steak knives all stuff for the family not just me, but they wanted a list and they got one.

As cliche as it sounds, I really feel Christmas is about giving and not receiving. I want a permanent picture of my son walking out of his bedroom and seeing the Christmas tree lit and all the goodies scattered throughout the living room. I find more joy in what other people get and their reactions than I do my own. I tend to go overboard shopping for everyone on my list, I love to give (honesly I think that it is partly due to my obsession of spending money). So, what I want for Christmas is the everlasting image of my sons face when he sees everything for the first time, and the memories of my family being overjoyed with their gifts on Christmas. Nothing could or would make me happier!!

For Christmas...I would like world peace...isn't that supposed to be the answer for questions like these? Actually, I would really like to just get together with family and friends and catch up and have fun together! We (extended family) aren't exchanging gifts this year. We are just getting together on Christmas, making a big dinner and celebrating family together, playing games, watching football, eating, and just spending quality time together.

First time posting but I'm going to give it a try. What I want for Christmas is a positive on a pregnancy test. Hoping for an '08 baby :) Merry Christmas to you and your family.
