In between running from meetings in both Grand Rapids and Holland today, I stopped at a favorite spot to catch a few pictures before rushing off to my next appointment. This particular spot never disappoints with opportunities for waterfoul pictures and I believe the bird in the above picture is a Snowy Egret (correct me if I'm wrong Mom. I know you will).The pictures below are of a flock of swans and a Great Blue Heron. I am particularly drawn to long-necked birds. They are so graceful!
